Returns & Refunds Policy
No General Returns
Our gemstones, crystals, and holistic wellness products are energised according to Vedic practice before dispatch, and are meant to be used fresh — for this reason, we do not offer general returns or resale of items after trial. The one exception is our exchange policy for loose Navratna gemstones, detailed below.
Exchange Policy — Loose Navratna Gemstones Only
We offer a hassle-free exchange at our Karol Bagh showroom for loose precious Navratna gemstones (not gemstones already set into jewelry). Bring the gemstone along with its original certificate within one month of purchase. After we verify the stone shows no damage or breakage, you may exchange it for another gemstone, subject to a 15% deduction of the original purchase price. This exchange policy does not extend to any other product category (jewelry, Rudraksha, crystals, or holistic wellness items).
Certification
Most gemstones are certified by authentic or government-approved laboratories. If you wish to independently verify a stone’s authenticity, you’re welcome to have it tested at any government laboratory. Crystal products may include a Gemtre authentication certificate but are not certified by outside gemological laboratories.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered; the Navratna exchange policy above is the applicable remedy for eligible items.
