Our products are energised before dispatch and meant to be used fresh, so we don't offer general returns after trial. The one exception is loose Navratna gemstones, which can be exchanged (not refunded) at our Karol Bagh showroom within one month of purchase, subject to a 15% deduction and verification of the certificate and stone condition.
